The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the design / builder for Claiborne Hauling and Excavating through bid / negotiation. The construction consists of a pre-engineered building, reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry block and brick veneers, and aluminum storefront. Sandstone Nichiha siding was utilized at the front entry to create an aesthetically pleasing entrance. Second floor office area consists of pre-engineered wood trusses bearing on structural steel studs.
