George W. Reagan Company was awarded the contract for the Vinylex Office and Manufacturing facility via negotiated contracting. The new corporate office was constructed utilizing conventional methodology and features synthetic plaster and aluminum storefront system. The manufacturing/warehouse was constructed with pre-engineered technology and features partial height masonry walls and metal wall panels. Though several difficulties were encountered during the construction process, the George W. Reagan Company stayed the course, completed the project and continued to work with the Owner in future endeavors.
