The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the design / builder for the Addition to Gibbs Retail Center through bid / negotiation in order to meet the Owner’s budgetary restraints. The design team was able to overcome several existing site issues and maintain the Owner’s budget. The construction consists of a pre-engineered structure with a mechanically seamed standing seam roof, exterior masonry walls, reinforced concrete slab on grade, exterior insulation finish system, and aluminum storefront. The interior vanilla box finishes include painted gypsum board and masonry walls, vinyl composition tile, and acoustical ceilings.
