The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for the Turkey Creek Phase IV Retail Center by competitive bid. With a tight construction schedule and the project duration spanning the wet winter months, scheduling was maintained, and the project was completed on time. The construction consisits of reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry block, structural steel beam and columns, steel joist, steel roof deck, EPDM roofing, exterior insulation finish system, and brick and stone masonry.
