The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for the West Shops at the Pavilion by competitive bid. As with most retail space, schedule was paramount and the project was completed on time and within budget. The construction consists of reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry block, structural steel beam and columns, steel joist, steel roof deck, EPDM roofing, exterior insulation finish system, brick and stone masonry.
