Universal Sanitizers and Supplies

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for Universal Sanitizers and Supplies via competitive bid / negotiation. The construction consists of a pre-engineered building, reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry block, and aluminum storefront. The front entry / lobby area utilized structural steel framing in order to create an inviting entrance. The interior space features a stepped lecturing hall, curved accent walls, and laboratories. The interior office finish includes millwork, ceramic tile, vinyl composition tile, carpet, and painted gypsum board walls. The warehouse features a thickened tank slab and additional water supply lines to support the buildings tenant.

Claiborne Hauling and Excavating

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the design / builder for Claiborne Hauling and Excavating through bid / negotiation. The construction consists of a pre-engineered building, reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry block and brick veneers, and aluminum storefront. Sandstone Nichiha siding was utilized at the front entry to create an aesthetically pleasing entrance. Second floor office area consists of pre-engineered wood trusses bearing on structural steel studs. The interior finish includes millwork, ceramic tile, vinyl composition tile, and painted gypsum board walls. The building features a full length oil pit and waste oil burning unit heaters

Gibbs Rural Metro Fire Station

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the design / builder for Gibbs Rural Metro Fire Station through bid / negotiation in order to meet the Owner’s budgetary restraints. The design team worked with the Owner and Rural Metro in order to minimize the required square footage while improving the functionality of the space.
The construction consists of a mix of wood framing and masonry bearing walls, pre-engineered wood trusses, reinforced concrete slab on grade, and masonry brick veneer. The interior finishes include painted gypsum board and masonry walls, vinyl composition tile, and carpet.

Strawberry Plains Presbyterian Church Family Life Center

George W. Reagan Company was awarded a design-build contract after the owner interviewed several firms. The new Family Life Center of Strawberry Plains Presbyterian Church includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with a mechanically seamed metal roof. Wood roof trusses and wood stick framing create an attractive, yet functional entrance. The interior raised platform/stage ceiling is an aesthetically pleasing focal point in the main fellowship hall. The exterior of the building blends brick and block masonry with synthetic stucco. The space features a full gymnasium, raised platform/stage, educational classrooms, a future full service kitchen and administration/support offices. Interior finishes consist of vinyl tile, carpet, and painted gypsum board.

Sea Ray Building Enclosure

The 16,800 square foot addition was a challenge for all parties involved due to the tight scheduling restraints. Sea Ray Boats partnered with the George W. Reagan Company in order to continue production during the construction process. The annual two week plant shut down was the single opportunity to reconfigure and relocate existing assembly lines, as well as, placing the re-engineered production lines into operation for the returning workforce in order to avoid “plant down time.” The existing slab on grade was utilized to reduce cost, but the new expansion required heavy foundations which were saw cut, excavated, and poured in place while the Owner utilized the slab. Varco-Pruden manufactured the pre-engineered building with the Reagan Company self-performing the building erection in order to meet the Owner’s schedule.

HRS Properties

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for HRS by bid/design/build. The building features a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered clearspan building with a standing seam roof. The exterior of the building blends masonry brick veneer and split faced block masonry. Decorative steel columns, structural canopies, and brick soldier courses accent the front of the building. Interior space features a slab depressed state-of-the-art home theater with surround sound. Finishes include acoustical ceilings, stained concrete floor, carpet, VCT, and wood trims.

West Park Baptist Church Student Ministries Center

The new 300 hundred seat capacity, state of the art, worship center was completed in two phases in order to accommodate the church’s financial capabilities. The structure includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with standing seam metal roof. The exterior of the building blends brick and block masonry, synthetic stucco, concealed fastener metal wall panels, and glass curtain walls. Exterior covered walkways tie the church campus together. The facility includes office space, worship center with built-in booths, full service café, game area, and kitchen.

Alpha Baptist Church Youth Center

The “Summit” includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with an architectural standing seam metal roof. The exterior of the building blends split faced block masonry, metal wall panels, and architectural glass curtain walls. Bead board ceilings, masonry stone fireplace, and wood trims convey the buildings theme for an aesthetically pleasing building. The facility includes educational space, worship center, full service café and kitchen, and game area.

Sharon Baptist Church Ministry Center

The new Ministry Center of Sharon Baptist Church utilizes conventional and pre-engineered structural steel. The rigid main frames required a maximum column depth of 22” and the structural steel walking track is fully supported by the pre-engineered structure. The space features a full gymnasium with a second-floor walking track, educational classrooms, and a full service kitchen, and administration/support offices. The exterior of the building mixes brick masonry veneer and hidden fastener metal wall panels. Interior finishes consist of quarry tile, carpet, and painted gypsum board.

Park West Church of God

The new Benevolence & Training Center of Park West Church of God utilizes a blend of conventional and pre-engineered structural steel. The space features a full gymnasium with a second floor walking track, a children’s worship center, nursery and educational classrooms, full service kitchen, book store, administration/support offices, hospitality room and a welcome center. The exterior of the building mixes masonry veneer, synthetic plaster, and metal wall panels. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, wood flooring, carpet, painted gypsum board, and vinyl wall covering.
