Blairland Baptist Church

George W. Reagan Company was awarded the contract for the Blairland Baptist Church Family Life Center by negotiation. After setting the budget early in the project, George W. Reagan Company met with subcontractors, vendors and the design team in order to discuss value engineered solutions and “bring the project in” under budget. This building combines pre-engineered building components (clear span main frames and mechanically seamed metal roof), wood roof trusses and wood stick framing in order to provide a functional, yet attractive structure. The building addressed the church’s need for a larger meeting space, additional educational space, fellowship hall including a large kitchen, and recreational basketball / sport court. By utilizing brick and painted split faced concrete masonry units, the exterior of the blends with the existing campus. Interior finishes consist of a wood look vinyl plank, vinyl tile, carpet, and painted gypsum board.

Hillcrest Baptist Church Family Life Center

George W. Reagan Company was awarded the contract for the Hillcrest Baptist Church Family Life Center by negotiation. The building committee realized the value of George W. Reagan Company’s experience with the building type. A tight budget was set early in the project allowing the owner, designer and contractor to work together in order to meet the set budget. The building includes pre-engineered building components (clear span main frames and mechanically seamed metal roof) as well as, wood roof trusses and wood stick framing. The interior features a raised platform/stage area, full gymnasium, educational classrooms, and a full service kitchen. The exterior of the building blends brick (allows the new construction to blend with the existing campus) and block masonry with synthetic stucco. Interior finishes consist of a wood look vinyl plank, vinyl tile, carpet, and painted gypsum board.

Hardin Valley Church of Christ

George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for Hardin Valley Church of Christ via competitive bid. The transitional multiuse facility includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with a mechanically seamed metal roof. Wood roof trusses and wood stick framing create an attractive, yet functional entrance. The interior raised platform/stage ceiling is an aesthetically pleasing focal point in the main fellowship hall. The exterior of the building blends painted block masonry with synthetic stucco. The space features a full gymnasium, raised platform/stage, baptistery, educational classrooms, a future full service kitchen, and administration/support offices. Interior finishes consist of wood grain vinyl composition tile, carpet, and painted gypsum board.

Jefferson City Civic Buildings

George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for the Jefferson City Civic Buildings by competitive bid. The campus is comprised of three separate buildings which include an administration building, a fire building, and a police station. All three buildings consist of complex clearspan pre-engineered buildings with mechanically seamed metal roofs. The exterior of the buildings are brick masonry. The spaces feature a heavy slab construction at the fire hall garage, a large cupola, court rooms, and correctional holding cells.

Knoxville Christian School

George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for Knoxville Christian High School via competitive bid. The facility includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with a mechanically seamed architectural metal roof. The exterior of the building blends painted block masonry with synthetic stucco. The space features radius walls, large conference rooms, a chemistry lab, educational classrooms, and administration/support offices. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, vinyl composition tile, carpet, and painted gypsum board.

Callahan Road Baptist Church

George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for Callahan Road Baptist Church via competitive bid. The new Family Life Center includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with a mechanically seamed metal roof. Wood roof trusses and wood stick framing create an attractive, yet functional entrance. The interior raised platform/stage ceiling is an aesthetically pleasing focal point in the main fellowship hall. The exterior of the building blends brick and block masonry with synthetic stucco. Walker’s Supply Company

George W. Reagan Company was awarded a negotiated contract after the Owner interviewed general contractors. Budgetary constraints were maintained by a series of meetings involving the Owner, Architect, Contractor, and Subcontractors. The office / showroom and the warehouse consist of pre-engineered structures including the second floor bar joist and decking. The 50,000 square foot warehouse incorporates pre-engineered wide bay truss purlins limiting the number of interior columns providing maximum flexibility for racking. Both buildings utilize mechanically seamed standing seam roofs and R-30 roof insulation. The office / showroom utilize exterior insulation finish system and simulated masonry stone veneer creating an aesthetically pleasing focal point and entrance. The space features accessible flooring at the working plumbing showroom. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, carpet, stained / polished concrete, and painted gypsum board.

West Park Baptist Church Student Ministries Center

The new 300 hundred seat capacity, state of the art, worship center was completed in two phases in order to accommodate the church’s financial capabilities. The structure includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with standing seam metal roof. The exterior of the building blends brick and block masonry, synthetic stucco, concealed fastener metal wall panels, and glass curtain walls. Exterior covered walkways tie the church campus together. The facility includes office space, worship center with built-in booths, full service café, game area, and kitchen.

Park West Church of God

The new Benevolence & Training Center of Park West Church of God utilizes a blend of conventional and pre-engineered structural steel. The space features a full gymnasium with a second floor walking track, a children’s worship center, nursery and educational classrooms, full service kitchen, book store, administration/support offices, hospitality room and a welcome center. The exterior of the building mixes masonry veneer, synthetic plaster, and metal wall panels. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, wood flooring, carpet, painted gypsum board, and vinyl wall covering.
