HRS Properties

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for HRS by bid/design/build. The building features a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered clearspan building with a standing seam roof. The exterior of the building blends masonry brick veneer and split faced block masonry. Decorative steel columns, structural canopies, and brick soldier courses accent the front of the building. Interior space features a slab depressed state-of-the-art home theater with surround sound. Finishes include acoustical ceilings, stained concrete floor, carpet, VCT, and wood trims.

Knoxville Teen Center

This unique structure was constructed utilizing concrete slab on grade, metal stud framing, brick veneer, and wood roof trusses. The building features an architecturally designed landscape wall, vaulted arch hallways, and wood beams through out the facility. The building was constructed in order to provide a warm atmosphere for teenagers and volunteer staff.

Berean High School

The building utilizes conventional construction methods including exterior bearing masonry walls, pre-engineered wood roof trusses, architectural standing seam roof, and synthetic stucco. The project was completed in 120 calendar days in order to facilitate the opening of the school year in August.

Lynnhurst Funeral Home

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for the Lynnhurst Funeral Home by competitive bid. As with most commercial projects, schedule was paramount, and the project was completed on time and within budget. The construction consists of reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry brick, structural steel beam and columns, wood trusses, wood roof deck, dimensional asphalt shingle roofing, and exterior insulation finish system. The interior features beautiful wood columns along with architectural millwork which accents the colonial style of the facility.
