Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville

The George W. Reagan Company was selected to remodel the existing Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville dealership by competitive bid. The project consisted of removing the existing exterior wall surfaces and replacing with new Centria wall panels, installing powder coated steel canopies, and installing composite panel column covers. The showroom roof was also replaced. Interior work included painting, replacing of ceramic tile, installing Autohaus specified items, installing solid surface tops, and a lighting upgrade. Schedule, safety, and coordination were three key factors to successfully completing the project. Mercedes was able to safely continue business operations as the work progressed. All though the scope of work increased substantially, GWR was able to finish within the specified time. The end result was a high class, aesthetically pleasing dealership which satisfied Autohaus requirements and met the needs of the owner.

Village at Parkside Retail Shops

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for The Village at Parkside Retail Shops by competitive bid. With a tight construction schedule and the project duration spanning the winter and wet spring months, scheduling was maintained, and the project was completed on time. The construction consists of reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry block, structural steel beam and columns, steel joist, steel roof deck, and EPDM roofing. Exterior elevations include insulation finish system, brick and prairie stone masonry creating curb appeal.

Mr. Gattiā€™s Pizza at Karns Retail Center

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for the Gatti’s Pizza Finish Out at Karns Retail Center through negotiation. The finishes incorporated the latest Gatti’s Pizza finish theme and include wood paneled wainscoting, wood trim, stained concrete floors in the dining and game room areas, exposed ceilings with exposed ducting in the dining and game room areas, ceramic floor and wall tile in the restrooms, epoxy floors in the kitchen and preparation areas, and special light fixture package. George W. Reagan Company was responsible for setting booths and coordinating kitchen equipment, dining tables and chairs, high definition TV’s, and wall art.

Subway at Gibbs Retail Center

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for the Subway Tenant Finish at Gibbs Retail Center through bid / negotiation. The finishes incorporate the new “Tuscan” Subway finish theme and includes ceramic tile, wall coverings, wood trims, parabolic lights, and 2’ x 2’ tegular edged acoustical ceilings. George W. Reagan Company was responsible for setting out all equipment and fixtures including the walk-in freezer, walk-in cooler, front line kitchen equipment, drink machine(s), booths, tables, chairs, and wall art.
