Clayton Homes Rutledge – Reroof

George W. Reagan Company was awarded the contract for the reroof of the existing manufacturing facility by competitive bid. The work was completed during non-working hours in order to avoid interruption in the manufacturing process and daily activities. The existing roof was torn off incrementally along with the old roof insulation and replaced with 6” VRR insulation and Varco Pruden Standing Seam Roof. To accommodate the need for natural light and save energy costs GWR installed numerous Varco Puden Prismax SL skylights. The team at Clayton and GWR worked hand in hand to make this a successful project and the result is a clean leak free work environment that will last for years to come.

The 5,672 square foot, wood framed, two story office includes restrooms on both floors, luxury vinyl plank flooring, VCT, carpet, sheetrock and acoustical ceilings, new aluminum storefront windows, pre-finished solid core wood doors, and rubber stair treads to create aesthetically pleasing support office.
