Humana – Tenant Finish

The George W. Reagan Company was selected to remodel the existing Humana on Western Ave. in Knoxville TN by competitive bid. The project consisted of the demolition of an existing interior wall to join the existing space and the newly acquired space. The interior work included demo of old space ceramic tile, installation of new specified carpet tiles, painting, installation of solid surface tops, and lighting and communication upgrades. Schedule, safety, and coordination were three key factors to successfully completing the project. The end result was a high class, aesthetically pleasing Humana Guidance Center which satisfied the owner and its customers’ requirements and needs.

Lighting Trends – Office Renovations

George W. Reagan Company was selected via negotiation as the contractor for the Lighting Trends office renovations. The construction project included reconstruction of a concrete dock, complete office interior remodel, exterior painting, and an aluminum canopy. Coordination with the owner during construction was vital to the successful completion of the project while Lighting Trends continued it’s daily business operations.

Furrow – Fountain Valley Drive Re-roof

George W. Reagan Company was selected via negotiation as the contractor for re-roof of the existing CLF property at Fountain Valley Drive in Knoxville. The construction project included tearing off and replacing 180,000 square feet of metal roof including the various trim such as rake, gutter, and downspouts. The existing tenants, including Clayton Homes Manufacturing and Formall Plastics, had to be kept up and running during the tear off and replacement. Careful coordination regarding staging of materials and avoiding inclement weather was a priority and made this project a success.

Trinity Baptist Church – Foyer Addition

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as design builder for the Trinity Baptist Church Foyer Addition. The project consisted of the removal of the existing front porch and the construction of a new two story foyer. The new foyer, which included an elevator, met the church’s needs on several fronts. First, accessibility to the sanctuary was made much easier. Also, the dual floor fellowship and restroom areas minimized the disruption of the services. Finally, the attractive foyer exterior replaced the traditional second story porch to act as a warm welcome to those who may visit and/or attend regularly.

Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville

The George W. Reagan Company was selected to remodel the existing Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville dealership by competitive bid. The project consisted of removing the existing exterior wall surfaces and replacing with new Centria wall panels, installing powder coated steel canopies, and installing composite panel column covers. The showroom roof was also replaced. Interior work included painting, replacing of ceramic tile, installing Autohaus specified items, installing solid surface tops, and a lighting upgrade. Schedule, safety, and coordination were three key factors to successfully completing the project. Mercedes was able to safely continue business operations as the work progressed. All though the scope of work increased substantially, GWR was able to finish within the specified time. The end result was a high class, aesthetically pleasing dealership which satisfied Autohaus requirements and met the needs of the owner.

Pediatric Professionals Office Build Out

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the builder for the Pediatric Professionals Office Build Out by negotiation. Tight budget constraints were met and the office was able to render medical services on the desired date. The facility includes soffits and radius walls which are aesthetically pleasing in the client lobby. Interior finishes consist of VCT, painted gypsum board walls, granite countertops, and plastic laminate cabinets / countertops.

Corryton Church Connector

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for the Corryton Church Connector by competitive bid. Work was completed at multiple locations on the campus without disrupting scheduled Church activities. The project features two large cantilever canopies. Exterior finishes include insulation finish system, painted block masonry, aluminum storefront, architectural standing seam roof, EPDM roof, and sun shades. Interior finishes include ceramic tile, carpet tile, corrugated metal ceiling, and a painted gypsum board ceiling cloud.

Subway at Gibbs Retail Center

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for the Subway Tenant Finish at Gibbs Retail Center through bid / negotiation. The finishes incorporate the new “Tuscan” Subway finish theme and includes ceramic tile, wall coverings, wood trims, parabolic lights, and 2’ x 2’ tegular edged acoustical ceilings. George W. Reagan Company was responsible for setting out all equipment and fixtures including the walk-in freezer, walk-in cooler, front line kitchen equipment, drink machine(s), booths, tables, chairs, and wall art.

Baptist Neurosurgery and Spine

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for the Baptist Neurosurgery & Spine by competitive bid. The project consisted of renovations to an existing medical and office suite, and an expansion for additional exam rooms. The renovations and the new construction were completed while Neurosurgery & Spine continued to operate and see their scheduled patients.
