Valvoline Instant Oil Change – Johnson City and Morristown, TN

George W. Reagan Company was selected as general contractor for two Valvoline Instant Oil Change centers through competitive bid. We overcame several hidden site conditions on both projects and were able to finish on time. The building exteriors include brick and EIFS. The interiors include full basement, service center equipment, precast concrete slabs, wood framed walls, and epoxy painted finishes.

All-Size Corregated – Pennsylvania

George W. Reagan Company was contracted as a design/builder for All-Size Corrugated’s New Office and Warehouse after completing the first project for the parent company Buckeye Corrugated in TN. After selection, George W. Reagan Company assembled a team of subcontractors and vendors in order to explore the best building / construction options for the owner’s consideration. Working in conjunction with the owner, the design team, subcontractors, and vendors, we have provided an attractive, cost effective, and functional building for the owner’s use. The building features include ex-posed structural steel framing in the state of the art office, R-30 insulation at the front office area, architectural standing seam metal roof panels, carpet tiles, reflective epoxy floor, curtainwall storefront window elements, and the use of canopies / sunscreens to hold cooling costs to a minimum. The manufacturing/warehousing area consists of a Varco Pruden pre-engineered metal building with SSR standing seam roof and a single slope design. Site features include “no mow grass”, infiltration storm drainage, and multiple detention ponds.

Clayton Homes Rutledge – Reroof

George W. Reagan Company was awarded the contract for the reroof of the existing manufacturing facility by competitive bid. The work was completed during non-working hours in order to avoid interruption in the manufacturing process and daily activities. The existing roof was torn off incrementally along with the old roof insulation and replaced with 6” VRR insulation and Varco Pruden Standing Seam Roof. To accommodate the need for natural light and save energy costs GWR installed numerous Varco Puden Prismax SL skylights. The team at Clayton and GWR worked hand in hand to make this a successful project and the result is a clean leak free work environment that will last for years to come.
