Mercedes of Knoxville – Autohaus Renovation

George W. Reagan Company was chosen as general contractor for the Mercedes of Knoxville service area renovation through negotiated bid. This was our second major project working at the dealership. The challenge was in maintaining functionality, safety, and customer access while completely renovating various portions of the dealership. The end product was a happy owner with an immaculate service and body shop office. The space features automatic doors, LED lighting, glass walls and doors, solid surface tops, tile flooring, and a large canopy over the detail area.

Lighting Trends – Office Renovations

George W. Reagan Company was selected via negotiation as the contractor for the Lighting Trends office renovations. The construction project included reconstruction of a concrete dock, complete office interior remodel, exterior painting, and an aluminum canopy. Coordination with the owner during construction was vital to the successful completion of the project while Lighting Trends continued it’s daily business operations.

Jefferson City Civic Buildings

George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for the Jefferson City Civic Buildings by competitive bid. The campus is comprised of three separate buildings which include an administration building, a fire building, and a police station. All three buildings consist of complex clearspan pre-engineered buildings with mechanically seamed metal roofs. The exterior of the buildings are brick masonry. The spaces feature a heavy slab construction at the fire hall garage, a large cupola, court rooms, and correctional holding cells.

LaFollette, Tennessee – Main Post Office

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for the LaFollette, Tennessee Main Post Office by competitive bid. Heavy site work associated with the project included approximately 48,000 cubic yards of bank cut, 12,000 cubic yards of fill on site, 36,000 cubic yards of haul off, and 17,500 cubic yards of rock excavation. The building consists of concrete slab on grade, load bearing wood stick and structural steel framing, pre-engineered wood trusses, and masonry brick veneer. Post Office equipment and furnishings were installed by George W. Reagan Company. Substantial amounts of exterior concrete paving and landscaping create an enduring and visually pleasing site.

Middlebrook Gardens

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for the Middlebrook Gardens by competitive bid. The Owner self performed the majority of the site work including the asphalt paving, top soil placement, and landscaping. Building construction consists of concrete slab on grade, load bearing wood stick and structural steel framing, pre-engineered wood trusses, and Hardi-Plank lap siding to create a nostalgic era for weddings and banquet events. The interior of the building features a wedding chapel with state of the art recording capabilities, raised platform and a vaulted ceiling. Interior finishes include painted gypsum board walls, carpet, wood flooring, vinyl composition tile, quarry tile, and wall coverings.
