George W. Reagan Company was chosen as general contractor for the new prototype Dunkin’ store via negotiation. It was a pleasure to work with the owner/developer, designers, and Dunkin’ corporate in finalizing plans and building the first of it’s kind store.
Salsarita’s at Creswell Landing
George W. Reagan Company was selected as general contractor for the completion of the Salsarita’s tenant finish via negotiated bid. We worked in tandem with the owner’s millwork and equipment suppliers to complete the build out. Finishes include painted sheetrock, tile flooring, luxury vinyl tile, wall tile, and FRP walls.
Valvoline Instant Oil Change – Johnson City and Morristown, TN
George W. Reagan Company was selected as general contractor for two Valvoline Instant Oil Change centers through competitive bid. We overcame several hidden site conditions on both projects and were able to finish on time. The building exteriors include brick and EIFS. The interiors include full basement, service center equipment, precast concrete slabs, wood framed walls, and epoxy painted finishes.
Creswell Landing Retail Center
George W. Reagan Company was chosen as general contractor for the Creswell Landing Retail Center via negotiation. The building shell features Nichiha cladding, EIFS, and precast masonry to create an attractive curb appeal. George W. Reagan Company had to overcome record rainfall and work with tenant finish contractors in order to satisfy the owner’s adjusted schedule.
Mercedes of Knoxville – Autohaus Renovation
George W. Reagan Company was chosen as general contractor for the Mercedes of Knoxville service area renovation through negotiated bid. This was our second major project working at the dealership. The challenge was in maintaining functionality, safety, and customer access while completely renovating various portions of the dealership. The end product was a happy owner with an immaculate service and body shop office. The space features automatic doors, LED lighting, glass walls and doors, solid surface tops, tile flooring, and a large canopy over the detail area.
Knoxville Chocolate Company
George W. Reagan Company was chosen as general contractor via negotiation. The space was renovated to create a wonderful retail area and new kitchen. We were also blessed to complete a second project for this owner. The chocolate is amazing!
