The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for the Primary Care Facility through negotiated means in order to “fast track” the project. Despite the difficulty of site utilities and a tight time frame, the project was completed on time and within budget. The construction consists of reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry brick, wood framing and trusses, wood roof deck, dimensional asphalt shingle roofing, aluminum storefront and exterior insulation finish system. The interior has substantial casework and interior finishes including ceramic tile, homogenous sheet vinyl, and carpet.

The New Ambulatory Surgery Center of Blount Memorial Hospital provides an aesthetically, yet functional building. The building utilizes conventional construction with a mix of exterior finishes consisting of cultured stone, insulation finish system, and dimensional shingles. The space features administration/support offices, a hospitality/waiting room, and “full-service” operatory. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, carpet, homogenous sheet vinyl, painted gypsum board, and numerous wall-coverings.

George W. Reagan Company coordinated a donation drive from area suppliers and contractors in order to save the Outreach approximately $55,000.00. The construction of the Mechanicsville Medical Clinic consists of reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry brick, masonry precast, wood framing and trusses, wood roof deck, dimensional asphalt shingle roofing, and aluminum storefront system. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, carpet, homogenous sheet vinyl, painted gypsum board, and numerous wall-coverings.

Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, carpet, homogenous sheet vinyl, painted gypsum board, and numerous wall-coverings.

The construction of the Kodak Medical Clinic consists of reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry brick, masonry precast, wood framing and trusses, wood roof deck, dimensional asphalt shingle roofing, and aluminum storefront system. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, carpet, homogenous sheet vinyl, painted gypsum board, and numerous wall-coverings.

The construction consists of reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry brick, wood framing and trusses, wood roof deck, dimensional asphalt shingle roofing, aluminum storefront and exterior insulation finish system. The interior has substantial casework along with the normal medical finishes such as sheet vinyl floor covering and carpet. The project features “built-in” saline piping for sterilization purposes.
