Buffat Heights Baptist Church

George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for Buffat Heights Baptist Church by negotiation. GWR limited its scope of work to primarily the foundations, the concrete slab on grade, and the pre-engineered building shell. This allowed the church to utilize the services of an “in-house” contractor to finish the space. The multiuse facility includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with lean-to frames around the perimeter and a mechanically seamed metal roof. The exterior of the building blends prefinished metal panels with synthetic stucco and stone veneer. The space features a large auditorium, educational classrooms, and administration/support offices.

Holy Trinity Catholic Church Multi-Purpose Building

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the design / builder for the Holy Trinity Catholic Church Multi-Purpose Building by negotiation. The building includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with an architectural standing seam metal roof. The exterior of the building consist of masonry brick veneer, wood framed covered canopy, and aluminum storefront windows. A ìcruciformityî theme was implemented in the new construction in order to complement the existing building. The facility includes a vaulted ceiling in the expansive fellowship hall, full service kitchen, and administration/support offices. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, VCT, and painted gypsum board walls. The building and adjoining canopies utilize maintenance free materials in order to minimize building upkeep.

Callahan Road Baptist Church

George W. Reagan Company was selected as the contractor for Callahan Road Baptist Church via competitive bid. The new Family Life Center includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with a mechanically seamed metal roof. Wood roof trusses and wood stick framing create an attractive, yet functional entrance. The interior raised platform/stage ceiling is an aesthetically pleasing focal point in the main fellowship hall. The exterior of the building blends brick and block masonry with synthetic stucco. The space features a full gymnasium, raised platform/stage, educational classrooms, a future full service kitchen, and administration/support offices. Interior finishes consist of wood grain vinyl composition tile, carpet, and painted gypsum board.

Foothills Worship Center

George W. Reagan Company was awarded a negotiated contract after the Owner interviewed several general contractors. The tight budgetary constraints were maintained by a series of meetings involving the Owner, Architect, Contractor, and Subcontractors. The new Foothills Worship Center includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with a mechanically seamed architectural metal roof. Heavy timber wood roof trusses and wood stick framing create an attractive, yet functional drop-off canopy. The interior raised platform/stage is an aesthetically pleasing focal point in the main sanctuary. The exterior of the building utilizes masonry stone veneer, synthetic stucco, and metal wall panels. The space features a raised platform/stage, educational classrooms, a full service kitchen, and administration/support offices. Interior finishes consist of vinyl tile, carpet, and painted gypsum board.

Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church Building

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for the Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church Multi-Purpose Building by competitive bid. There were numerous site obstacles that required special attention including concrete retaining walls, sewer pump station with approximately ½ mile of force main, and a railroad boring. The space features a second floor multi-purpose hall, educational classrooms, a full service kitchen, and administration/support offices. The exterior of the building mixes stone masonry veneer, exterior insulation finish system, and architectural standing seam roof panels. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, carpet, VCT, and painted gypsum board and masonry walls. The structure of the building utilizes structural steel column and beams, concrete retaining walls, bearing masonry walls, hollow core precast planks, metal stud framing, pre-engineered wood trusses with wood roof deck.

Strawberry Plains Presbyterian Church Family Life Center

George W. Reagan Company was awarded a design-build contract after the owner interviewed several firms. The new Family Life Center of Strawberry Plains Presbyterian Church includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with a mechanically seamed metal roof. Wood roof trusses and wood stick framing create an attractive, yet functional entrance. The interior raised platform/stage ceiling is an aesthetically pleasing focal point in the main fellowship hall. The exterior of the building blends brick and block masonry with synthetic stucco. The space features a full gymnasium, raised platform/stage, educational classrooms, a future full service kitchen and administration/support offices. Interior finishes consist of vinyl tile, carpet, and painted gypsum board.

Faith Lutheran Educational Building

The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for the Faith Lutheran Educational Building Addition by bid-negotiation. Preliminary plans were competitively priced and after the bid process, the George W. Reagan Company was retained as contractor. The contractor was actively involved in the final design documents in order to maintain the final budget. The space features a second floor full gymnasium, educational classrooms, a full service kitchen and administration/support offices. The exterior of the building mixes brick masonry veneer, masonry precast and architectural standing seam roof panels. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, carpet, VCT, and painted gypsum board and masonry walls. The structure of the building utilizes pre-engineered main frames and roof members, bearing masonry walls, hollow core precast planks, metal stud framing, pre-engineered metal trusses with metal roof deck. The building features water source heating and air conditioning.

The Church of the Good Shepherd

The new Church of the Good Shepherd utilizes conventional construction methods including reinforced load bearing masonry walls, structural steel columns and beams, wood joists and 60’-0” clear span scissor wood trusses. The interior space includes the sanctuary, sacristy and restrooms. The unfinished full basement will feature educational classrooms, a full service kitchen and administration /support offices upon completion. The exterior of the building mixes natural stone masonry veneer and hardi-plank siding with associated trims.

West Park Baptist Church Student Ministries Center

The new 300 hundred seat capacity, state of the art, worship center was completed in two phases in order to accommodate the church’s financial capabilities. The structure includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with standing seam metal roof. The exterior of the building blends brick and block masonry, synthetic stucco, concealed fastener metal wall panels, and glass curtain walls. Exterior covered walkways tie the church campus together. The facility includes office space, worship center with built-in booths, full service café, game area, and kitchen.

Alpha Baptist Church Youth Center

The “Summit” includes a clearspan pre-engineered building with an architectural standing seam metal roof. The exterior of the building blends split faced block masonry, metal wall panels, and architectural glass curtain walls. Bead board ceilings, masonry stone fireplace, and wood trims convey the buildings theme for an aesthetically pleasing building. The facility includes educational space, worship center, full service café and kitchen, and game area.
